Given our circumstances for the day, we were beyond pleased with the care & treatment my daughter received today at the Coralville location. Dr. Singh as well as the entire staff were amazing to work with. The attentiveness & care that went into the treatment of my daughter, as well as keeping her comfortable as well means more than anything. *Updated Review* They called me about my review, and we reached a settlement. However, I was able to then pay the bill over the phone with a debit card, which begs the question as to why I couldn't initially. If you use this facility, make sure you ask all questions up front. Pros: Friendly Staff Cons: Not upfront about payment. I paid my bill at the office after my procedure, but then received another bill a week later with no explanation as to why I owed more money. All Office Staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Singh was both highly competent and compassionate. Because there was a question which of two (or three) teeth was the problem tooth she spent substantial time, as much time as needed, to be sure which was the problem tooth. The visit took a bit longer but the result was good. Her dental assistant was also friendly, compassionate and helpful. Pain decreased overnight to nonexistent by midmorning.

The office, Dr. Singh and her staff couldn't have been better. The office was extremely clean, equipment very modern and the staff showed compassion and concern. Dr. Singh was a very good dentist and was very gentle. My only problem was with my estimate. After verbally telling them the tooth number when I made the appointment and the paperwork showing the same number I submitted at the initial appointment they quoted for a front tooth. It was a molar and cost considerably more. It was somewhat of a shock for sure.

Pros: Friendly Staff Cons: Not upfront about payment. I paid my bill at the office after my procedure, but then received another bill a week later with no explanation as to why I owed more money. When I called about it, I found out that you can't pay your bill with anything other than a check or a credit card. Time to update the system.
