I was referred by my dentist to receive a root canal. I was nervous that it would be painful, but it was not painful at all!! The assistant Yati and Dr. Chamberlain were amazing! Very informative and took their time, which allowed me to have the best experience. I hope to never have another root canal, but if I do I will 100% be going back to see Dr. Chamberlain.
The service provided by Dr. Choi was great and the assistant was great. Front staff was acceptable but not nearly as friendly as my referring dentist. HOWEVER, it is very frustrating that I am being charged $10 for PPE. Aren't we past that or can't you just incorporate that into the charges? You all used the same protective materials before Covid. Why penalize patients now? I wanted to pay over the phone but they can only take actual credit cards. You actually incur less fees with that type of card. So now I have to waste mo... read more

Overall they're pretty good here in the realms of bedside manner, professionalism and a job well done. Having that been said, there are a few things they need help with, such as their polychronic approach to impromptu appointments ahead of my planned appointment, lack of communication, and payment methods. I got VERY waylayed at this visit (40+ minutes) and wasn't until I asked I was only THEN given an explanation as to being waylayed by the aforementioned.
