Front office and Judy are very rude and disrespectful. I’d recommend going somewhere else.

If I could leave zero or negative Stars I would. Do not take children here. If they cry or express pain they they apparently don't have the emotional and mental stamina to handle it. The topical was left on my child for less than 5 minutes before the shot and the shot hurt and he let out wail. Because it hurt. He was not thrashing about or making it impose to work it just hurt. Then they told us that they weren't going to continue with the procedure. So they numbed my child and then kicked us out of a necessary procedure bec... read more

Dr. Judy Jose and her whole team (assistants and front desk) were amazing! Very kind, attentive and did an excellent job with the root canal procedure I had. I have some anxiety when it comes to dental procedures and they were very caring and made sure to tell me everything that was being done and what to expect before each step of the process began. Excellent bedside manner - Dr. Jose and her assistant made me feel very comfortable and even provided me with a nice, fluffy blanket during the procedure. Thanks so much!

Horrible to deal with. I’d give them negative stars if possible. Only concerned about money, not care. I decided to put up with the pain rather than be their patient and wait until my dentist could refer me somewhere else. There are a lot better choices in Columbus.

I had to get a root canal. Never having one before I was extrememly nervous to the point I was getting a headache. When I entered the office the receptionist was very nice and greeted me by name. With little wait I was taken back to the room and Dr. Joel came in. He was so nice and explained everything that he was going to do for my visit.
