Was sent here by my dentist for a root canal. My wife called set up the appointment and gave all our insurance information. Day before they call and say insurance won’t cover anything sorry you will be expected to pay in full. We were confused because when the appointment was made we were told the insurance we have covers up to 50%. So I called the dentist that referred me and they called my insurance and called back saying yes your insurance will reimburse you 50%. The staff at the Harwich and Hyannis locations are all so friendly and helpful. Dr. Perera is an absolute gem. He is extremely kind and patient, very knowledgeable, and ridiculously gentle. I actually fell asleep during a root canal! I could not recommend him more.
My son went here for his root canal. All of the staff was very nice and he said there was no pain even associated with getting the root canal. They were even accommodating to my busy schedule. Definitely recommend.
Complete Scam Artists. I called, and specifically said my type of insurance, drove all the way from PROVINCETOWN just to be told now, that they don't take insurance. 🤣 I've never been more embarrassed of an incompetent business in my life. Who blatantly lies just to get someone through the door to hopefully get money when you knew I had insurance..... just complete disorganization and incompetence. EMBARRASSING. STOP. WASTING. PEOPLES. Dr. Austen Perera was excellent. As my referring dentist told me "Dr. Perera is gifted". Nobody really wants to have a root canal but it seems to be a part of growing up. If your dentist recommends an endodontic consult, definitely call Endodontic Associates of Cape Cod. Ask for Dr. Perera, you will not regret it. Dr. Perera was clear with his description of the procedure, and never lost patience with me as inevitably he had to ask me open wide(r) several times throughout the procedure.
