Dr. Pulver might be skillful, however, The dentist did not introduce himself and that is not professional. he was not representing himself in a way that's kind or understanding. He is ignores my questions on purpose; not to mention that his attitude was unpleasant the whole time I was there. Horrible receptionist, very bad experience makes clients feel like they’re stupid. Would not recommend this place completely horrible experience, and I didn’t even get any dental work done. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Find a dentist that actually cares about their clients.
Worst experience. Employers were rude to each other. Waited over 45mins, staff is unorganized called my dentists to get my x-ray in because their staff could do a simple call. Dr. Pulver saw me for 5mins - paid $195 for a quick look. I didn’t go ahead with the procedure - I don’t trust people that are rude to one another and unorganized. Listen to your instincts.
I was very apprehensive about the procedure I was about to have done to eliminate an infection. Afterward, I had no pain when the freezing wore off and minimal swelling. After 7 days I was 100% heeled. I'm am a professional when it comes to my work and I appreciate working with other professionals that are very skilled at their profession. His staff are efficient & courteous. Thank you to the doctor & his staff.
