Dr. Moin Ahmed is by far the best dentist for root canals! Yesterday, I was greeted by a smiling, welcoming receptionist. I felt genuinely welcomed to the office. Furthermore, I was taken in promptly, prepped by a super assistant, and met by Dr. Ahmed. I had the first completely painless root canal I've ever had, and it took less than 30 minutes. Dr. Moin Ahmed is an outstanding endodontist. He is kind, gentle, patient, and took the time to make me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I truly appreciated his professionalism and compassionate care. The rest of the staff I interacted with were also friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk was very different. The office manager, Tiffany, came across as rude and unprofessional from the moment I arrived. I am writing this review solely to share my son's experience in the hope of saving another family from going through the same ordeal. My son saw Dr. Ahmed for a tooth evaluation in December 2025, and Dr. Ahmed performed a root canal on that tooth in February 2026. A few months later, my son began experiencing excruciating and progressively worsening pain in that exact same tooth.
