Dr. DeCandia and Daisy were caring and professional. The office staff were pleasant and also professional.
I was at my dentist for 3hrs when she told me I needed to get a root canal. Dr Sainsbury was able to get me in within the hour. Kelsey gave great care in getting me all set up and in less than 45 minutes I was out with a painless procedure! Truly the bestest!
I had a root canal with Dr Sainsbury and his assistant, Kelsie, and it was the best root canal experience I've had. They were professional, very detailed in explaining the procedure and super patient when I needed a quick break during the procedure. And best of all very little discomfort!
From the moment I walked into the office, I felt comfortable and welcomed. The office space itself was beautiful, calming, and very zen, which immediately helped ease my nerves. The front desk receptionist was incredibly attentive from check-in all the way through check-out. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my insurance questions as well as explain the next steps for my follow-up appointment.
