One of the best experiences I’ve ever had! The clinic has a really nice atmosphere and the staff are quick and super polite. Dr. Lin is an excellent root canal specialist! I was a bit nervous at my first appointment, but he took the time to explain how everything would work, the cost, and why the treatment was needed in my case. On the day of the procedure, he was very professional and caring, walking me through each step so I could feel more relaxed, and checking often if I was in pain or uncomfortable. I am from Quebec city and here we have veeery long waiting times - to get initial appointment at least 2 months, to get actual treatment another 2 months (and both if you are lucky). A friend of mine advised me this clinic. They understood my situation right away, communication was very swift and efficient - next day I got a callback with a 2-in-1 appointment scheduled within 2 weeks. I just had 2 wonderful and professional sessions with Dr Lin and I rate him as number 1 … he was very concise with his analysis of my problem and only did what was necessary… I had absolutely no pain from the surgery and consequently didn’t require any pain killers at all… I don’t hesitate at all to recommend him highly and he even called me after both procedures to see how I was doing.. a real pleasure dealing with him…!!!
Dr Lin est super cordial, il explique très bien toutes les différentes étapes du traitement dentaire. Très bon service.
