Dr. Adler is great, staff is great, communication is terrible. I left a message over a month ago to put me back on a former med. I got no response. I waited on hold for 3 hours plus and no answer. I contacted my pharmacy for help. They have an option (#6 I believe) to get through. The pharmacy said they couldn't help (special pharmacy option 6, remember?). The portal is a joke.
