I would be extremely nervous when thinking of becoming a patient with this practice. I began as a patient a few years back , struggled with them with respect and also communication. They also dropped my insurance with Florida Healthcare as well So I took time away from them as I search for a diffent doctor. This is an updated review. After having multiple issues with no luck resolving I submitted a negative review and got a call the next day from the office by Carolyn, the office admin. She apologized for the problems I was having, solved the issue and gave me instructions on how to get immediate assistance in the future. I appreciate the effort on the part of Endocrinology of Central Florida.
Dr. Metchick is a caring and knowledgeable physician. He works to make patients feel better and uses his skills to treat all types of endocrine conditions. His staff is wonderful as well and I would highly recommend seeing him as an endocrinologist!!!
I went in for appointment with the doctor. That was very good. But after that, a big mess. The medicine didn't work for me, the doctor stop it and now no communication. Not good
