The most horrible place to go the staff doesn’t want you here. They treat you with nothing but distain and disrespect . They do not ever answer the phones if your out of meds tuff it takes them days to get around to you the only reason was staying here was getting ozempic though them not that they can’t or won’t anymore there’s no point . Find a place that values your health and time.

I've been coming here for over a year and I've never left feeling so small & unimportant by a physician in my entire life, until today. Dr. Patel quite often usually cuts me off before I am done talking. You tell her about a problem or issue in relation to diabetes (such as eye issues) and she doesn't even bother to discuss it any further other than telling you to see your optometrist. I made a bad original assumption about the staff after I had a talk, took care of me and was on top of things and did something for me that I rarely get an apology for miscommunication, but the doctors are exceptional. Thank you to the staff for taking care of me.
