Never answer there phone
The staff was very warm, nice and friendly. The one at the front desk was very helpful from start to end.
Have been trying to get a hold of someone in the office in regards to my prescription refills. Left messages via the patient portal, my NP’s voicemail, operators voicemail and have not had a single response back. This has been going on for 13 days! Needless to say my prescriptions have been out for 6 days now!
Most messages sent by patient on the online portal regarding refills/test results receive no response. Even the VOICEMAIL SYSTEM is only operational during "business hours," which are 8-noon and 1:30-4 M-F (32 1/2 hours per week).
