I know it's incredibly unlikely this review will impact office policy but they will not schedule an appointment without current labs and a referral letter and scheduling is currently 3 months out. I had the labs and a referral letter faxed over, and I am still unable to book an appointment because it is not on my portal. When I asked for a timeline on how long that would take I wasn't given a clear answer. I am incredibly frustrated by this process and I hope PAMF changes how they handle new patient scheduling..
Scheduling is difficult with the front desk. Somehow the call goes on hold for 20 min before you can speak with someone. They don’t have email address communication to setup appointments or through an app, you must call in and face the torture of the archaic wait.
There is no way to call and make an appointment here. They always just go to voicemail.
