Absolutely incompetent office! Let's start with them calling me last week saying they couldn't get medical records from a doctor I NEVER even went to! I walk in the place reeks of cigarettes! Both office "ladies" are extremely rude and incompetent. The first started berating me that I didn't have paperwork that their office NEVER sent! Then said who took this order.
