My sister called to make an appointment the other day. They spoke for about a minute. The woman who answered was rude and insulting, then hung up on her. Because she asked for an appointment.
Doctors are ok, but office will double bill you for every visit (you will pay 2 copays: for office and hospital) which is ridiculous. Also if you agree to do bloodwork in their facility they will bill you like a hospital stay, while you don’t have to pay anything if you go a do the same bloodwork in other lab outside.
I've had to call them a lot of times to get my prescriptions sorted, and I still don't have all my medications after over a month. Dr. Elias especially has done a poor job communicating, listening, and taking notes. She prescribed me the wrong dosage of a medication a couple times, and I had to fight her to get the right dose sent to my pharmacy. It was also clear from talking to Dr. Elias that she knows very little about transgender health care.
