It took a little while to get in but all of the staff was very friendly & wait time in the lobby was only 15 min. Dr. Dake was very friendly & listened. He was very informative, explained everything. Did an ultrasound & labs at the first visit. His assistant Jimmie is also great. You are able to communicate with her via messages. Anytime I have a question she responds within a few hours with an answer from Dr Dake. I totally recommend him.
They do not accept UnitedHealth.
Dr. Dake is an open-minded and empathetic physician. He inquires about symptoms, then orders labs, and adjusts things based on both. Anyone with a thyroid condition knows how rare it is to be treated like more than your TSH. The office staff are kind and courteous, too! Can’t recommend enough!
Dr. Dake and Jimmye are great people and I'm happy with the care they're providing.
If it was a 0; they would get a zero star; Patient care is not their priority. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else. Their priorities Lye else where; it is not a patient oriented organization. Definitely not a patient first facility. Jackson Plaza in oak ridge.
