Worst dr office I’ve ever been to! Dr.Dake just talks to you for 10 mins they take your $150 copay then still send me a $900 bill after they charged my insurance! They don’t care about their patients and find out what’s really going on but they are sure quick to take your money! Stay away from this place!!!!!!!!!
My wife was legitimately in a car accident on her way there. It caused her to arrive 10 minutes late. They would not see her. She had been waiting over three months to be seen, and they cared more about their stupid rule than they did a patient with a very valid excuse. Extremely unprofessional. To say I am mad is an understatement.
I have been a patient of Dr. Dake in Oak Ridge for the past 6 years. As a Type 1 diabetic (40 years), I am grateful for the care I have received from him and his staff. He has always provided thoughtful suggestions and meaningful ways to lower my AIC numbers while living with a daily disease. He has guided me through using my pump and understanding my numbers. My appointments are always on time and the practice staff (Jamie and Christa) are very helpful and kind. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
Dr Dake and his staff were kind and compassionate. He was very interested in all my history.
