I usually really like this place. They tend to be kind and efficient. However, today I was in for labs & had my 19 month & 4 year old with me. My 4 year old was standing too close to the office door, but before I could move her, a nurse opened the door quickly & hit my kid in the head hard with it. My little girl grabbed her head & started crying. I get accidents happen. That’s not what makes me aggravated because I should’ve moved my kid sooner. That part’s on me. Went to the new address today, the practice hadn't moved yet! This made me 15 minutes late....the office manager refused to let me see the doc. The staff is very uncooperative and hard to work with. Don't bother with this practice!
Last visit we were told this practice was moving....so today's visit 3/6/2025 we went to the new address, well the practice hadn't moved yet! This made us 15 minutes late and we were told we had to reschedule. (The young kid got the office manager and laughed while we were told the practice was too busy to see us). Seems the miscommunication of a new address didn't give us any grace. We won't be back ... this place is not that great anyway.
Not a good place at all. Continuous billing errors and mis-scheduling issues. I would find someone else.
Have been coming here for a few years now, easiest appointments to get in and out. I see Illy Perez and she is wonderful. They always send me my labs. LThe ladies in the front are always helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend
