My appt. was a very present experience . The intake desk lady was very helpful . My doctor listen and prepared me for follow up appt. This was a very pleasant experience.
Dr Cow is very thorough and personable. I highly recommend. .
I see Dr Chow and he is kind, knowledgeable in Endocrinology and my problems. I find the staff, from reception to the nurses, very nice and helpful. The receptionist works hard to schedule me the only day I have a driver available..Sometimes it is a little difficult for them to get the time for the next followup appointment. I am very pleased with this clinic.
"Doctor" Elizabeth Haglind overslept for my appointment for the 2nd time and failed to call in a prescription. Said she'd rather see me go into comatose than help me.
First time with the pump. Stephanie was great explaining and showing me how it works, etc.
