My daughter was diagnosed 12/05/23 and let me tell you …her doctor as well as the nurses and staff have been doing a wonderful job with following her new diagnosis . Either it’s a my chart message or a call . They answer are always there to help

Endocrinology at C.S Motts Childrens Hospital horrible!. worst experience. Waited months for an appointment. Called twice to tell them we might be late. Call cent never told the doctor. Drove 1.5 hrs to wait in 2 parking garages for 1/2 hour. Then they wouldn't see us because we put the doctor behind. Never again.
The U of M Pediatric Endocrinology Team is fantastic. The nurse staff is extremely prompt about answering questions sent in MyChart and Dr. Singer gives wonderful care to our child with T1D. I have recommended the practice to everybody I know with T1D.
