Our introduction to Endocrinology Associates of BCH - Superior, Dr. Lindsey Rentschler's office, and to endocrinology, was a 5-ish minute virtual visit asking if we had any questions about a new diagnosis. We didn't know what to ask, and that was the end of the appointment. They wrote a script that that the pharmacy refused to fill because it was written incorrectly. I had a terrible experience at this practice, so bad that I filed a complaint with BCH. I agree with one of the previous reviewers that the staff were rude and uncaring. I hope that the physicians in this practice care enough about their patients to improve their experience.

I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone. Firstly, they had me fax over my referral letter which is archaic and difficult considering most people do not own fax machines. It took me 3 months to get a “new patient” appointment. I have had Hashimoto’s for 13 years and I know what a flareup feels like. I had all the symptoms and they were actively worsening to the point where I could not function normally.
