A warning to anybody going to this practice They're requiring large amounts of down payment on services if you're not able to pay them and be reimbursed as a retired person I would not go here.
DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ACTUAL VALUE YOUR HEALTH. Dr Freeman is -10/10. I will be consulting with a lawyer about how ABSOLUTELY AWFUL this office is. Dr freeman wrote a rx for an insulin that was not covered by insurance. I’ve been out of insulin for almost two weeks and the nurses have sent at least 10 messages to Dr Freeman and still no response! For a medication that is life or death!! How is that allowed! I have never ever seen such medical negligence.
Might you wait in the waiting room? Yes. Are they sometimes a bit disorganized? I haven't seen that, but I guess its possible. Will you get one of the most attentive and personally concerned doctors in the area? If you see Dr. Freeman I can confidently say yes. Dr. Freeman's appointments run late...because he REALLY takes his time and makes sure you ask every question and he even tells you what questions you should ask that you didn't know you should ask. He's a seriously great doc.
While the Dr. seems fine, the office is the most poorly run Drs office I have ever experienced. The receptionist/office manager is slow and rude, and they cancelled an appointment without ever notifying us - we showed up to a dark office.
Have had 2 doctors leave within the year and when they switch our doctors they make us wait another 3 months when we just waited 3 months. Horrible front desk and they just don’t care.
