Would give less than one star if I could my type 1 and type 2 diabetic wife was 2 minutes late for her appointment due to a flat tire and was out of insulin and they refused to see her for being 2 minutes late so now she will not have any insulin and she will not be returning to this crappy facility and she will not be recommending that facility to anyone else and will be holding them responsible if she gets hospitalized again for DKA because she has no insulin and I thought doctors took a otah but we can clearly see that th... read more
I have been seeing Dr. Nallu for 2.5 years now and I can honestly say that I’m truly blessed to have such a caring, patient and thorough provider. She not only address my problems and concerns, but come back with timely solutions. Tiffany (nurse) is always on her game and responds to my messages when she can. Together they make a great team and I’m very thankful to have them. Also, can’t forget about the front office staff! They are polite and keep a smile on their faces. Overall great office!
I took my sister to see Dr Nallu for possible diabetes. She was so kind and thorough. We never felt rushed and felt like she really cared about my sister’s health and answered all of our questions. My sister has dementia so things can be a little difficult at times but Dr Nallu and all the staff were so patient and caring. The staff at the front check in were so kind. This review is for the Belmont location.
My insurance didn’t pay for my medication so I contacted them and I was told I needed 2 different prior authorizations. My insurance company told me exactly what was needed and provided me with the phone number and website to give to the PA. I spoke with her on Friday, 03/15/24, and explained exactly what was needed and provided her with all of the information because I needed my medication by Thursday, 03/21/24. Dr. Nallu was caring and broke things down in layman's terms. She was very thorough and answered all my questions. The office nurse and staff were also great. They were polite and caring.
