I first met Ada when the PANCH Endocrinology Gender clinic was opened. I took a family member to the clinic but it no longer takes patients I was advised by email. Ada has the best bedside manner I have ever seen in a medical clinic and I have been to many in my time. Ada talks to the patient, not down to them and she makes people feel important and in no way has she ever been Judgemental. Called to make an appointment with Dr Ada Cheung and was told I need to get a referral before making an appointment which initially seemed strange as I always make the appointment then go to my GP for a referral. I took time off work to get a referral from my GP and called once I left the GP. There was no answer so I emailed the referral through. I received a text today stating that I will be on a waiting list for months and that I should consider seeing another endocrinologist. I thought this was weird as I called a couple ... read more
Its Michelle DR Ada Cheung thank you for everything you have done for me at moment I am very happy to be a female I was a Male before but now am female and I love every minute of being a female that's thinks to Dr Ada Cheung she is fantastic and amazing woman I am so happy now being a female I love it because before being a Male with mitochondrial disease was very hard I could do anything now I can do stuff that I could do that is why Dr Ada Cheung is the best endocrinologist there is and her hole team is the best thank you.... read more
