You can't ever seem to speak to a live person when you call, or you get some foreign person from a call center who hangs up on you and cancels your appointments without your permission. Its pretty ridiculous that you have to physically walk into their office to speak to someone, get your prescriptions, and update insurance info.
I’ve had an outstanding experience with Endocrine Specialists, PC. The staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely supportive throughout your care. Thanks to their guidance and encouragement, I’ve made real progress in managing my diabetes. I’m truly grateful for their dedication and the difference they’ve made in my health journey.
Very bad at answering the phone
Been a T1 for a LOONG time! (Over 35 years). I’ve seen a lot of Endo’s over the years and this is one of the best! The staff is always great and helpful, and the doctor is always great too. I usually see the nurse practitioner, who IMO really deserves all the credit, she’s just killing it. They really listen to the issues I bring up, and deal with stuff ASAP, which really is rare in the medical sciences now-a-days. 5 out of 5 would purchase again! I mean, visit again?
