This place needs to be burned to the ground. Dr. Chandra is a rude, disrespectful monster who deserves to be put down after telling a mother of a Down Syndrome child that he does not "work on pets or talk to their owners." The mother then proceeded to leave the office and he commented to his receptionist that "he is not a veterinarian." What kind of sick messed up individual would say that? Not one who deserves to be practicing.
