I made an appointment with this clinic, but the day before my visit someone called to confirm and told me my copay would be $150, even though my insurance card clearly states my copay is $40. Because of this, I canceled the appointment before ever being seen. However, since then they have been harassing me with repeated text messages saying, “Thank you for your visit, please pay $150.” I never received any services or stepped foot in the office, yet they keep insisting I owe them money. Best Doctor , she replies you through the app even after hours, which is a service i have never gotten before. Also very polite staff and no wait times. Highly recommend!!!!
