Let’s start with it was my first time here and the security guard wasn’t even in the front desk so I was walking like a duck with no head, I had an appointment for 3:30 came in at 2:00 to fill out paperwork give them some time. Is now 4:20 and I have yet not seen any doctors plus it seemed to be two extra patients waiting to be seen so to conclude I probably would have been seen at 5:00 the earliest. To have anyone wait and waist their time is ridiculous to me especially when patients have to work. Over booking is ridiculous... read more
