Dr Roberts is fantastic! He's so knowledgeable, kind and really listens. Highly recommend seeing him 😁
Rebooked my appointment without my knowledge that was meant for February during holiday times to a date only 3 days way because she was “unavailable”, ridiculous when you have to wait 12 months to get in. The public system is more reliable.
He uses outdated treatments for his patients and lacks general respect for them aswell
Basically didn’t know anything about osteoarthritis and the effect it has on your life so the recommendation was to basically go home stop all the medication I’m on and suffer. My information was all sent to reception about my disease and medication and should never have seen me if he couldn’t help. Didn’t have any idea how to help so a waste of 350 bucks.
