I called to make an appointment for my mom on October 9, 2012 and I had to call back on October 11, 2012 because the young lady that I had left a message with never called. When she called back on October 11, 2012 she had such a BAD attitude, when she gave me the fax number to the clinic she didn't wait to see if I had it, she just hung up. I canceled the appointment because I didn't appreciate her horrible attitude.
