I am a patient and I will say this guy is completely a scam artist. Do you know I have been getting a prescription for last 4 years without any monitoring or blood test. Do you know why? He’s never there, you never get an appointment, he doesn’t even know who and what your taking even after being a patient. For 6 years now I have been going to him and he has legit seen me 2 times. I highly suggest do not use totally useless, and unreliable. Gives Indian doctors a bad reputation. Never also takes insurance

This doctor is not professional I can’t get an appointment he takes new patience so he can bill double and afterwards he doesn’t see you or never gives you an appointment for last 5 years I have been self medicating and he doesn’t even know what meds I am on after he prescribed why don’t you stop wasting everyone’s time and retire if your not interested really disgusting place

This is solely based on the front desk workers. I called to make an appointment ans the first receptionist took my info down and said someone would call me back to make that appt. No one called so I called them back and another person came on the phone and took all my info down and said she would speak to the doctor ans see if they can see me sooner as they were booked until January because I needed to see someone soon and another doctor referred Dr viral Shah. I've been going to Dr. Shah a number of years now. I think he's excellent. Very knowledgeable and thorough. When I've had imaging done, he shares the images and explains everything in detail, same with blood tests. He answers any questions I have and follows up when necessary. I had one afternoon appointment I waited almost an hour, but that was the first year I went to this practice, I haven't waited more than 20 min since then.

I have never been to see Dr. Shah without waiting over an hour and a half. Nor has anyone including the doctor ever apologized for wasting my time. Zero bedside manner!
