The physician who treated me seemed to do a solid job. Not the best bed side manner, but he provided a comprehensive evaluation of my issue. The practice indicated that they don’t submit for secondary insurance. I never experienced this! They demanded money subsequent to the appointment when full reimbursement could be made via my two insurance providers. 9 months have passed and I am still waiting to be reimbursed. Please avoid this practice if you are interested in a smooth billing process.
I happened to be looking into my account, and didnt realize that i didnt leave a review here? Not sure but you know, my experience was really hurtful when I went a few years back to see Dr Schnieder. I remember them being late for a virtual appoint, and then when I couldn't talk later when they did call because I was at work, they were annoyed and patronizing. This review is not for the doctors as I do hear good things about them, however the office is rude, very rude, (I've heard from others also) and my daughter, who is Deaf, was told they would not provide the accessibility with an interpreter or a remote video interpreter. With this kind of attitude, discrimination and approach, no thanks. (Has anyone heard of the ADA??). Sheesh.
I have been a patient of Dr. Wasserman for many years. She is thorough, wonderful and caring. She works hard for her patients. In addition, you are not kept waiting for a long period of time.
