I don’t understand the 3.1 stars. This is the best office, nicest staff and intelligent doctors I have ever dealt with. They go above and beyond. Today they coordinated bloodwork with another doctors office instead of telling me to do it which is what most offices would do. My prescriptions get called in timely. The blood draws are painless. Great practice. Dr Shanik is terrific and Evelyn is smart, patient and caring. Highly recommend.

I almost didn't book an appointment here because of the reviews, I changed my mind after speaking with one of Dr. Kugler previous patients. The office staff was welcoming and kind, I did not feel rushed after the doctor came in to see me. He was personable and informative. I had to have bloodwork done which was so convenient that they do it right in the office. I have terrible veins and she got it on the first try! All in all I don't see why there are negative reviews at all for this practice, they were wonderful.
