I almost didn't book an appointment here because of the reviews, I changed my mind after speaking with one of Dr. Kugler previous patients. The office staff was welcoming and kind, I did not feel rushed after the doctor came in to see me. He was personable and informative. I had to have bloodwork done which was so convenient that they do it right in the office. I have terrible veins and she got it on the first try! All in all I don't see why there are negative reviews at all for this practice, they were wonderful.
I was a patient for many years when I called to make a appointment I was told I have to wait 3 months before I can be seen. this office is too busy for me I can't trust my health with an office like this. It's not fair to your established patients. now I have to start all over with a new doctor.
