Getting into this place is a bit difficult because they require your patient files from a previous provider, but dealing with reception and the doctors once you're a patient is wonderful. Reception always answers immediately, no twenty minute wait like some other places and was very kind both on the phone and in person. The doctor was also prompt and empathetic. It's so hard to find a good endocrinologist in CT, i'm so happy to have found them.
