Staff was very friendly and overall had a great experience.
I missed a scheduling call because I was on vacation. I called the 1st day back. I was hung up on. Called back and had to leave voicemail because they were busy. No call back. Called back multiple times during the week, no response. Called the following Monday to find out they threw out my referral because they claim I didn’t call back and don’t have voicemails that I left. I contacted my PCP who called, AND sent a new referral. Healthcare in Massachusetts has fallen to an unbelievable low level in massachusetts..went for a thyroid problem that has the levels all over the place filled out their questionnaire which clearly states many symptoms of diabetes which runs in my family and I clearly let them know that had to have an outright pissing contest with the PA who wanted me to wait 7 weeks when the problems go hand in ..to have my A1C checked and her telling me I need to get a second referral she was extremely rude just because I was trying to advo... read more
Riyana was great. She listened, didn't rush and really cared. Called me personally with lab and x-ray reports the following day.
