Healthcare in Massachusetts has fallen to an unbelievable low level in massachusetts..went for a thyroid problem that has the levels all over the place filled out their questionnaire which clearly states many symptoms of diabetes which runs in my family and I clearly let them know that had to have an outright pissing contest with the PA who wanted me to wait 7 weeks when the problems go hand in ..to have my A1C checked and her telling me I need to get a second referral she was extremely rude just because I was trying to advo... read more
Riyana was great. She listened, didn't rush and really cared. Called me personally with lab and x-ray reports the following day.
Expect long waiting times to be seen by your scheduled Dr. or PA.
Rude and unprofessional office staff. Have been going there for almost 40 years. Never again!
The first visit I thought she was smart and listened we discussed treatment. Next appointment she changed her mind like I had no symptoms. She has done it 4 times. I need someone who knows what's she's doing. And not be wishy washy. Not very professional
