This office is always efficient in processing me. I never have to wait long and staff are always pleasant and caring. I am glad a friend of mine referred me to Dr. Burney and his staff.
This office is great, able to diagnose and treat quickly. I’d say the worst part is the limited communication and no portal for info. Hard to get calls back. I was told I’d get a call a couple days after blood work and see if I needed my 2 week follow up… ended up having to go to the 2 week follow up to get results. Thankfully treatment was planned at that time too but waiting two weeks for info wasn’t ideal!
Dr Burney misled me to convince me to try Manjouro to control type 2 diabetes. Knowing how I feel about medications with serious side effects, he told me "the most would be maybe some constipation or diarrhea". He provided me with a trial pack and before I made it half way home, I received a message from the pharmacy advising that they had received an order for the prescription (stronger than the trial).
