Horrible communication sending test request to labs. Second time in 3 labs request. Some front office personnel are rude and medical records are not up to date. One appointment sat for over an hour after arriving early prior to appt and watching other patients come and go. When I asked what delay was I was told girl has my record and will be right with me. After another 30 minutes and told receptionist I had to go and was told they would call with new appt. Never happened. They also turn answering service on for all calls 1 ... read more
Best in the metroplex, IMHO. Solid technical skills and professionalism by everyone I interacted with. Nice facility, but not super fancy. Decent parking and easy access from most of the metro area.
From the receptionists desk to the doctor's exam and detailed explanation (and following lab work), the entire experience was positive, well managed, and greatly appreciated.
Dr. Burney is the BEST!!
