Im forced ro give at least 1 stat when 0 is deserved. My daughter used Dr. P at this location for an endocrinologist. Not very happy with them. They don't like to call patients back. I was yelled at when asking about the pros and cons of a certain medication and informed that I was already told why she didn't like that medication when I was not informed of all the information she chose to share. Amazing, today I recieved a letter because I voiced my frustration about never getting refills on time, never getting one call back, have four people on this board agree with me, this office actually wrote me a letter to dismiss me as a patient. Oh and deleted my comment. I am an office manager myself and with this kind of customer service, this staff would be fired in a heart beat. The number the receptionist gives for the Psychiatry office is invalid. I called again to be certain. She told me that it's the only number they had. Not a good sign!!!
