My doctor is awesome. The custumer service horrific. They do not answer the phone and deleted my patient account.
Without a doubt, the worst communication I have ever had from a doctor. They never answer their phones, they never respond to voice mails and it can take up to a week to get a response in the online portal. Several times they have made mistakes with my prescriptions, and this complete lack of communication makes it nearly impossible to resolve the mistakes.
