I call office 4 times, talk to staff and explain problem, never called back, messages to the patient portal are ignored, voice messages are not returned. 2 stars because the doctor is good, but the staff is not. UPDATE: The problem has been resolved, but no apology for not returning messages and calls, so I only upgrade to 3 stars.
Dr Ogwo listened to me and made it clear she's invested in my heath. I've worked in health care for a decade, I know a good provider when I see one. Grateful I was referred to them.
Laziest doctor who doesn’t care for her patients or run proper test, take time to speak with her patients and educate them, and leaves them in the dark about their diagnosis.
Endo247 They ok to a stent want answer the phone , want answer messages u leave, want call u bk, really irritated went u like to know ur blood work results, I give them no stars but will give them 1 cause they are nice there but no way they on phone all day long, 1 person was supposed done called me bk never has, my primary dr office called to left a message we see by Monday if they call jody or me
