I had a recent consultation with Dr Verraich and I was really impressed. Excellent professional manner, happy to discuss the options, I was very impressed. The office staff are also all very pleasant and rapidly respond by phone or email to any queries that I had.
Dr Verraich gets 5 stars for bedside manner. Very kind. However the pain was excruciating. I told him I hadn’t had painful freezing for close to 15 years and he said “that’s what I want to hear”. I thought that meant he would do the same. But he seemed in a big hurry. It was horrible! My previous two dentists in south Surrey and in Prince George did 100% painless freezing. They took their time and made sure I felt nothing. I will never go back to this place.
Think one of the best dentists you have ever had . Think Aminder Verraich and put an exponent beside his name . Yup .That good . No one volunteers for lengthy procedures but if one has to have one, see Doctor Verraich . Injections were masterfully done with no resemblance to past experiences elsewhere . I was anxious about my dental surgery and everyone right fron the front desk was super nice and reassuring. Dr. Bouwer was very professional, empathetic, some silly jokes to lighten the mood and he was kind to all of his staff as well.
Dr. Verraich was absolutely amazing!! His professionalism, knowledge and compassionate nature made the whole experience better than imagined. He explained step by step the procedure as he was going along and always checked in to make sure I had no discomfort and was comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Verraich and his wonderful staff at Endo-Perio Group. Thank you!
