Dr. Fogel is great. His root canal work is excellent. Very thorough. The receptionists are very friendly and polite. My 4 stars is for their protocol in terms of sending out invoices. I did not receive any invoice in the mail, so I assumed that my two insurances has already covered everything. Months passed and suddenly Commercial Credit Adjusters sends me this email that I have a delinquent account and I have to pay in 6 days or my credit score will be adversely affected. I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Fogel and called ahead to inform them that I would be approximately 15 minutes late due to unexpected traffic. Instead of offering to reschedule or even charging a late/rescheduling fee, the staff abruptly told me to find another doctor—despite the fact that I had already paid for my first visit.
