I had my first colonoscopy here on 6/26, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. My appointment time was changed before the procedure—I was initially told to arrive at 11:45 a.m., then was instructed to arrive at 11:30 a.m. I checked in at 11:20, only to sit in the waiting room for over an hour without being called back. Amazing experience.....again! From every stage: pre visit phone calls and texts, check in, pre op, procedure, and post op, it is very organized and efficient. More importantly, the staff is highly professional and very comforting during each phase. Would highly recommend this facility for endo procedures. Would also recommend South Jersey Gastroenterology associates (Advocare), specifically Dr. Jared Lander.
