Exceptional interpersonal and professional skills by all staff members that I came in contact with. I cannot say enough how much they assuaged my dental visit phobia. For me to say I felt completely comfortable with Dr Molly Johnson and staff is a huge accomplishment because it’s the truth.
The dentist and his assistant are very patient, kind, gentle and able to communicate about what the problems are and the choses that can now be made. I know that they also work directly with my regular dentist, as we proceed to take care of my aging teeth. I will suggest this office to my friends!
The office was clean and professional looking. The receptionist was polite, friendly and welcomed me with a smile. The technician took the time to explain the procedures. The dentist was warm and friendly and took the time to explain the results of the x-rays and next steps. He reviewed the x-rays and pointed to the area of concern. I appreciated him taking the time to explain the issue -- and I understood and agree with him. He is the best.
