If I could give this six stars, I would. I had a root canal redone this past week. My nervous system is finely wired, and I am highly sensitive, which Dr. Joon understands in a nonjudgmental way. She is one of the most compassionate healthcare providers I've ever had. The entire culture of the office is very caring and patient-centered. Dr. Mascia and his staff are outstanding. They provide excellent care and deliver amazing results! I went in feeling anxious and came out feeling as good as new. He is my go-to, and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Mascia and his staff are truly exceptional. I had an ongoing issue with one of my molar’s that developed into a very painful abscess. After seeing my dentist, I visited Dr. Mascia’s office to schedule the procedure and he was able to that day alleviate the swelling that developed so I wouldn’t have to suffer in pain in the interim before I had the root canal done. Dr. Mascia is the kindest, most gentle Endodontist. I walked in with a such pain from a broken tooth and can finally say i am just a bit soar a few hours later. He made sure i had no spread of infection and to call the office if i had any pain or discomfort. As Westchester business advisor I highly recommend him for tooth pain, broken tooth or root canal. I can’t say enough good things about this practice, Dr Mascia and his team are superb. Don’t listen to all the horrible stories about root canals. Dr Mascia is the best around!
