Came in today to get my eyebrows wax at the very last minute, and there was no hesitation in taking me in. Llyscela did an extraordinary job. Extremely kind, friendly, and overall remarkable. She's exceptionally knowledgeable in her career. And exceedingly well informed with all cosmetics industry. My fealty stands with Llyscela with her professionalism. Highly recommend.
I do not think I can say enough about Llycsela Mosher! Let's be real...a brazilian wax isn't the most relaxing experiance....until her! She makes you absolutely comfortable, chats with you the entire time, and you literally forget that you are supposed to be "uncomfortable" while laying half naked on the table. I actually look forward to my appointments because we always exchanged Netflix suggestions to eachother and swap reviews on past shows we have watched! Great service and great conversations....what more do I need!
All I can say is if you want to waste your time driving here for an appt then that’s what you will do. made an appt at 230 arrived at 229 to the open sign on but the door locked… even called but of course no one answered the phone. left a voicemail no call back to apologize. even waited 5 mins to see if someone would come to door. so unbelievably rude.
I had one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered today while attempting to visit Endless Wax Studio in Port Saint Lucie. After commuting over an hour to my appointment, I encountered an unexpected traffic incident and was running just five minutes behind schedule.
