I have brought all three of my dogs here. One dog in particular was a rescue So she has been in rehabilitation. When I first started coming here, they seemed like they had hearts of compassion, but then I soon realized it was just routine compassion. No direct follow ups and their replies to my emails were very dry. I understand veterinarian is not supposed to hold your hand, but they are supposed to show interest in following up on care with your dog and finding solutions. Great Trails staff is very compassionate and takes the time to make sure our dog is well taken care of.
We switched to Endless Trails for our dogs' veterinary care last year. We have been very happy with the service and care they/we have receieved. Their costs are also very affordable. Thank you Endless Trails for providing great care to Moe and Bella.
Staff is always very welcoming! Doctors are great and reasonable prices.
