Excellent, friendly, and PROMPT service from Tonia and the cleaning staff today. They rescued my pool and restored my faith in what customer service should be like. I can not thank them all nearly enough. I’ll definitely be scheduling my regular cleanings with Endless Summer after this exceptional experience.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. The office manager is combative, never experienced anything even close to how this person talked to me. Remember, you work for your customers, not the other way around. There are dozens of more pool companies in this city. The pool cleaners were talking on the phone constantly during the cleaning. Chemicals are not balanced at all. The cleaners lied and said everything was balanced on the sheet but it is not true. Guess what, it takes me 30 seconds to run a test strip myself. I have used Endless Summer for the past three pool seasons. They are great and very helpful. Tonia in the office is great to work with. All the pool techs that have came out have been great. I highly recommend!
