Stopped in as we were having difficulty with our swaybar. We were on our way to PEI from Barrie. Looked at it immediately and fixed it at no cost. Very nice people. Would definitely recommend them for your rv needs
We were camping nearby in Ingleside and, of course, our power jack decided to pack it in on day three of a 28 day epic adventure camping trip. We phoned and spoke to Becca, who found that they had a jack in stock. She spoke to her repair department and got us squeezed in. When we arrived on site, we were greeted by our fantastic repair person Tony and got to meet Becca in person. We recently had some repairs on our Jayco Redhawk. Most of it was covered by our insurance. Debra, Mark and Tony gave us excellent service and the work they did was high quality. I would recommend them to everyone.
Went in looking for a part for my RV, they weren’t sure they would have the part but she went out of her way to ask the guys out back if there was any old parts laying around in the back and after a few minutes a few workers came out to show me a part that was exactly what I needed! Saved my camping trip! Such great service and amazing people! Will definitely be doing business there again!
