We enjoyed and used our pool for 25 years--right up until we sold our home. My husband used the pool nearly every single day. For me, it was 2-3 times a week. I have owned an Endless Pool for 25 years. During that time, I swim every other day for about half an hour. The pool runs exceptionally well, with occasional maintenance and rare breakdowns. When maintenance or breakdowns occur, I have contacted Customer Services at Endless Pool. I consider their Customer Service department the best I have ever experienced, in any business.
I've only had my Endless Pool for about a month, but love swimming, floating and just enjoying my heated pool. Just fits on my deck.
Recently needed some technical help with my endless pool. Had a great experience with the initial call for troubleshooting with Charles. Then calling back to order the part with Bruce. And with a follow up call with Matt. All 3 individuals were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I absolutely love my endless pool and was so appreciative to have this kind of support in the rare instance that I needed it.
