Bought a Fastlane Endless Pool to put into the pool and installed it myself. Had a number of questions and Paul at Endless was superb, taking time to reply to emails and also talking me through a few of the more complicated elements. Super helpful and very patient. My only problem was a £70 phone call given they are in the US but then that's not their fault!
Our Endless Pool is my favourite investment in health and fitness!! I get to swim every single day in my backyard! We installed our Endless Pool in October 2020 and we have only had 1 problem - April 2025. We called customer service and they sent us a Youtube video to troubleshoot and fix the problem. We followed the instructions and fixed our pool. Then we ordered a new part which appears to be malfunctioning. That all happened in a 2 hour window. We swam 1 hour later after the fix! Endless Pools products and customer service are top notch in every respect. We have had an Endless Pool since 2011, it is used nearly every day, and the Endless Pool customer service has been there from the beginning from installation, preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance that will happen through the course of pool ownership.
