Very racial place my rate confirmation was for 14 pallets and I use the scale on site and the yard guy seen my gross weight and wanted to add another pallet I refuse and the yard called me kinda foul names so this place wants to load you heavy as possible so don’t use in house scale and the broker is gonna trynna give instructions on your phone about the pallet count but they don’t want to put in rate confirmation they trynna get you to load heavy for cheap rate and try to change your weight at the loading site the shipper
Nonresponsive and rude! I at one time hauled rock for Butch Coleman... And I can't believe how I was spoken to on the telephone. I will, from now on make sure to let people know how I was treated by this new management.
