Very dishonest business, please do not support them. Poor customer care, unorganized, and will cost you time and money!
I initially had Four Corners take a look at my home and was told that a wood burning insert was "not possible" in the existing configuration and they tried to sell me a gas log insert. I then called Smart Enterprises and was told they could come out "next month sometime" to look. Bye. The following week I called Endless Energy. Frank came out two days later, gave me a detailed quote for a wood insert the same day, and it was installed one week later. I called on Monday morning, five days ago, to order parts for my Vermont Castings wood stove (bought from this store years ago). No one answered, so I left a message on the voicemail recorder. It’s Friday and they still haven’t returned my call. Fortunately another local company, Smart Enterprises, became a Vermont Castings dealer a few months back.
